I love the way K9 are customer centred around what me and my dog Leo need- like me he’s a bit nervous around a lot of noise, hairdryers, klippers etc! Firstly thank you for grooming my puppy Brodie for two times. You guys are friendly and kind. I appreciate your time.

However, I have to say I am a bit disappointed that every time after grooming , my puppy gets ear infections/ issues, he keeps shaking head excessively , scratching his ear with deep murmuring.

I have left notes to you to take extra attention to his ear when I booked the appointment online . It seems it doesn’t work very well. My puppy has only been groomed for twice so far , but each time he gets the same issue , and I need to take him to the vet again. I don’t know I am the only customer who experiences that, but I wish I am the last one.

Buckley is easy... but Elvis.. the Border Collie.. he hates it all from start to finish.. so much that I have to stay.. but today.. my groomer was so patient with him and didn't make me feel like a bad dog mum.
